All pieces are accompanied by Café de Paris butter, roasted tomato,onion confit with Port and sea flower variations. There are other optional side dishes such as rice of sprouts and onion smoked sausage, Coleslaw, beans with smoked sausages, among others, as well as a varied selection of sauces: Aioli, BBQ RIB, Roquefort, Chimichurri, bearnaise, mushroom or pepper.
The RIB BEEF & WINE also features the Cool Alternative, or in other words the main dishes like the RIB for veggies, the RIB salad with crispy chicken, mushroom risotto, the RIB Burger, or the Steak Tartare, among others.
To end the meal the best way possible the suggestion is theUltimate Sin, a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and crumble. There are other options like the Cheesecake Ricotta or the Crumblecious (tare of apple, ice cream and cinnamon), among other options.
