Café de La Plaza is an outdoor café located right on Madrid’s Plaza Mayor. It has views of the Casa de la Panadería, featuring a façade of mythological frescoes painted by Carlos Franco.
Come and enjoy the great architecture and authentic Spanish cuisine in which rice is the key ingredient in Valencian dishes, paellas, and many other typical dishes. In Spain, any time is a good time for a snack, so we recommend trying one of our chef’s specialities: a beef roll with pepper mayonnaise, the famous croquetas, or a delicious octopus salad.
These snacks can also be served as a starter, accompanied by a good beer and an ample selection of wines.
